• Price corrections. If a price on this site does not match your local Slim Chickens, tell us the item, the price you saw, and the city and state. That detail lets us check whether your store is an outlier or our typical figure needs to move.
• Menu changes. New items, featured items that have ended, and items your store no longer carries.
• Nutrition and allergen questions. We can point you to the public sources we used, but for allergen safety questions we will always direct you to the restaurant and the official allergen information. Please do not rely on this site for allergy decisions.
• Site issues. Broken links, wrong photos, or pages that display badly on your device.

Two things we cannot do. We cannot take food orders, reservations or catering bookings: contact the restaurant directly for those. And we are not Slim Chickens customer service, so complaints about a specific meal or store need to go to the chain through its official channels, where the team can actually act on them.

We read every message and reply to most within a few working days. Correction reports with a city and state get priority, because they improve the guide for everyone in that area.
